Where I can get the T10 armor in World of Warcraft?

Be specific because I went to Dalaran and can not find the person. Besides, what I need to get all T10? Where do I can get those themes? And they are badges included? If you good link that tells what is needed for each piece and where to find every piece that would be ideal. Will you return to the same supplier to deliver the items and frost badges? Because I see no gear to pve is a good improvement unless PvP, what I do. So to say there are only two sets? 1 for d1 love to love pvp pve? Or after receiving all the clothes you go to another part?

In fact, there are three levels of grade 10 gear, and you have to get in the proper order.
