how do i enable peer to peer networking on world of warcraft?

im downloading a patch thing for world of warcraft and it stops at 69 percent and it says note: peer to peer networking is disabled so how do i enable it???

Turn off your firewall. Forward ports 3724 TCP and 6112 TCP. Should be good to go.
