Error downloading 2.4(world of warcraft)?

I am having a problem downloading the patch 2.4 and cannot post on the technical support forums. So if someone can help me by telling me what to do or ask them on the forum yourself that would be good.
It lets me download it and all but once it's done it says: "The patch baseworldmapsKalimdorKalimdor_35_36.... could not be applied. (CRC mismatch: expected 0xbc0d5b3a, actual 0x10899680.) If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (BNUpdate::PTCApply)

I would really appreciate it if someone could just go to forums and ask.

Ive had this problem when 2.3 came out and your gonna have to reinstall the game there nothing they can do about it..so gotta suck it up and reinstall it..just remember to keep the patches you downloaded I recommend burning to a sepate disc.
