This add-on pops up whenever i target someone and i cant even move it; it's the most annoying thing ever! Please help me with what it is so i can get rid of it. Or if i need to do anything with my Intial game settings, or WTF folder...plz help

It's not a error or buff thing; its like its bring up another interface with my target. It's not buff reminder tht just pops a square when i dont have a shout or a shield/enchant on my shammy. and yes ive updated all my add-ons...strangely i dont have this ever pop up on my shaman.

Considering it's showing the health of your target, and what appears to be a broken reference starting with "TInterface", I suspect it might be one of the extra X-Perl sub-modules. Try disabling only X-Perl and restarting, to see if it still shows up. Similarly, if it's still there, you can always disable one AddOn at a time, restart the game, and see if it shows up.
