Should I get a Macbook or a Macbookpro?
I'm a senior at high school entering college, econ major so no real graphic design work, not a big gamer but occasional warcraft/starcraft kinda stuff. I'm not sure if the macbook monitor's gonna be too small for me, and I'm also wondering if macbooks heat up real bad or if theyre just the same as any other pc laptop.

Also, do apple stores usually have really good deals in like June/July/August Summer time? like the free ipod nano and printer?
Do not get a Macbook Pro because that is too much for an Eco Major, or any undergraduate student not taking Information Design.
They are just the same as any other PC notebook as far as your concern goes.
Do keep in mind that Macs don run PC software. They do run the same programs if they have a Mac version. Do some research on what programs and applications you will be using the most in your course. As an Eco Major i think you wont be needing more than Microsoft Office, that has a Mac version.
As for your Warcraft/Starcraft thing, make sure you have the Mac version too.
I dont think the 13" screen will be too small. its just right, and 13-14" is the usual screen size college people get for a balance of portability and comfort.
