Are You New at Playing World of Warcraft?

Online gamers must already know World of Warcraft. With more than 11.5 million subscribers around the world, World of Warcraft is the leader in MMORPG. Why is it so famous and so successful? The main reason is that it is very accessible and straightforward. World of Warcraft is easy to play, even for someone who has little or no experience at all playing online game. Most newbie wouldn't have a hard time to getting started.

To be able to play World of Warcraft, you need to buy the CD game. It consists of 4 CD which you need to install on your PC. Installation is very easy. When you have successfully install World of Warcraft, what you need to do next is to signup and subscribe at their website. Off course you need to connect to the internet. Monthly subscription fee is about US$19.95. You can subscribe and pay the fee monthly, or three-monthly, or half-yearly. But when you first purchase WoW CD game, it usually came with first month free subscription fee. For the subscription fee, my advise would be to adjust with your personal budget. But trust me when I say you'll enjoy playing World of Warcraft. You enjoy it so much making the subscription fee not an issue anymore.

A series of servers operates World of Warcraft. The server location, or in WoW language known as "Realms", is differ depending on where you are. The realms positioned globally and you just need to connect to whichever realms local to you. This will make your the game faster and more reliable. But don't worry. World of Warcraft realms are very reliable and well maintained. Another reason why WoW is the leader in MMORPG.

Welcome to Azeroth.Yes, Azeroth is a fictional world which World of Warcraft events took place. With its own unique history, myths and creatures, Azeroth is a very interesting world. Created by the ancient gods, Azeroth is quite similar to our planet Earth. It has beautiful forests, mountains, oceans, cities, caverns, dungeons, and many other interesting structure. Great wars and conflict has happen in Azeroth, making it a great world to have your adventure.

The Azeroth's world in World of Warcraft in general divide into three huge continents. The inhabitants of the three continents is not what you would find on Earth. The first continent is the Eastern Kingdom. The inhabitants are humans, gnomes and dwarfs. They are known as The Alliance. The second continent is Kalimdor. Orcs, taurens, and trolls inhabited this great continent. They are known as The Horde. The last huge continent is Northrend where the evil and wicked Lich King rules. Other than unique inhabitant race for each continent, each also has unique climate.

Blizzard Entertainment has build Azeroth as a vast world. It's huge with so many area to explore and making the game more exciting since you always find some new places for an adventure. Although you need to explore a vast world, it's easy, even for newbie, to understand the game. In World of Warcraft, you need to choose whether you're going to play as the Alliance or the Horde. The Alliance is fast, agile but weak in physical strength. The Horde is powerful, physically strong but slow. Choose wisely the character that suits you. There's no evil or good side here. You get to decide if you're going to be an evil or good character.

World of Warcraft gave you the ability to create and design your own character. You can also customize their clothing, weapon, armor, etc. You have 9 different classes to choose for your character. Example, you can choose your character to be a hunter, mage, rogue, shaman or warrior. Each class have their own unique ability, strength and skills. Choose and use it wisely as it can be very helpful when you play the game. It seems rather bit confusing for newbie, choosing character and then choosing class, but I assure you, it's not as hard as it sound.

Playing MMORPG is mostly about exploring new places. World of Warcraft is no different. In your adventure in the world of Azeroth, you'll be fighting monsters or other players. Sometimes to progress and get to the next level, you need to fight monsters or savage creatures. Every level you need to play in this game has their own unique area for exploration. Besides fighting, you're objective is also to collect gold which is the ultimate currency in Azeroth. With gold, you can buy new, better and stronger armor or weapon. Collect as many gold as you can to help you progress and get the good stuff in this game. Along the way you'll also find items in your exploration. You can use the items for your character or sell them for gold.

Blizzard Entertainment has successfully develop an easy to master control for World of Warcraft. Its system is sensible and really maximized the use of mouse and keyboard. Someone who is new to MMORPG will easily master WoW's control. WoW also provide player with in-game camera. With the camera, player able to look at the surrounding and then make a good use of the environment.

In summary, World of Warcraft is a great game to play. You'll be having much fun playing it for hours. You'll enjoy exploring Azeroth, fighting monsters or other players, collecting and trading items, etc. You don't need much experience in online game to enjoy World of Warcraft.
