How do you get the addon: mount music to work on world of warcraft?

I have a windows vista, and what i do to get addons into the game is drag the addon from another file folder into addons. But this addon doesent work, and i I want to get this mount music thing to work. plz help.

I'm going to outline the whole process, because I'm not really sure where you are at in the grand scheme of things. So, I'm sorry if some of this covers what you've already done, but bear with me.

1) Find the addon you want to use on the internet, and save the addon (.zip or winrar file) to a place that you know how to get to on your computer. The desktop is a good spot.

2) Double-click the file you downloaded. It should open in winrar, or in winzip if you have that instead. You will see the folder(s) that are included in the zipped file. Click on "Exctract."

3) This should have extracted a folder onto your desktop. The folder should have the name of the addon you're wanting to use (or similar). We'll call this "musicaddon" for this example.

4) Open "My Computer" and choose C:/Program Files/WoW/Interface/Addons. This is the default location for installing WoW. If you installed on another hard drive, or somewhere other than Program Files, you'll need to open that folder instead.

5) If you're running WoW, exit completely. Copy your extracted folder "musicaddon" to the Addons folder. Make sure you are copying the whole folder, and not a singular file.

6) Open up WoW, and log in to your account. On the bottom left-hand side, there should be a button at your Character Selection Screen that says "Addons." Click this button.

7) You should see "Music Addon 1.0" (or whatever your addon is called) here, with a checkbox next to it. Make sure that the checkbox is marked, and that you click "Load out-of-date Addons" at the top.

If you do not see your addon listed, or if the Addon button does not appear at the character selection screen, the addon is not installed properly. Go back and make sure that the folder and its contents were extracted properly, and that it does not contain any files that end in .exe. If all else fails, try downloading the addon again and repeating the steps above.

9) When you log in to the game, you should see the "Welcome to World of Warcraft!" dialogue in your chat field. Below that, there are usually announcements about whatever addons you have installed, which are running, and how to access their main menu. For example, it might say something like: "Mount Music 1.0 is now running! To bring up the menu, type /mmusic"

10) Enjoy your addon.
