world of warcraft dungeon finder question?

i've been running HoR daily for almost 2 weeks now, trying to get the shriveled heart for my priest. i use the specific dungeon finder so i only run HoR. i noticed a week ago, that some days i can run it more than once before it locks me out. i ran it 3 times a day this past fri, sat, and sun. but then on monday i only ran it 1 time and i got locked. any idea's why or how this happens?

It's weird that it will allow you to specific queue for it multiple times. I know it's not uncommon to random a dungeon more than once. That is, however, on Heroic mode. You can queue for a normal instance as many times as you want as long as you don't exceed the maximum number of instances you can run in an hour, (I believe it's 5).
