help please!?

my computer will not play audio on the internet. i have the volume all the way up and it dings when i click it and it is NOT on mute and i have sound on world of warcraft and minesweeper and stuff like that but when i get on the internet the computer decides to be void of sound. anyone have any ideas to what this is and anyone have any remidies besides "go to best buy" or stuff like that?

well thats a problem but you will might need to contact and tell the people where you got your computer from and they'll fix it
