world of warcraft is it better to quest or go in dungeon finder for randoms for lvl 50-60.?

i am a lvl 53 NE hunter and was wondering if i should just do quests or do randoms. some people say be in a dungeon finder queue while im questing and some say just quest but for lvl 50-60 what is better? and what about 60-70 then to 80?
also dont put stop playing the game ur wasting your life plz

When leveling I do both. Questing edges out dungeons in leveling speed if you know what you are doing. But dungeons are a nice change of pace, still good exp esp with quests for that dungeon, and it updates your gear without having to buy pieces or just settling for crappy greens.
